At SORTH & CO we call this part of the process the profile analysis. A simple term that is built on sharply defined and thoroughly tested tools that ensure a complete organisational clarification. Through positive provocation and organisational insight we carry out critical interviews of the management to ensure that all of the parameters and success criterias for the profile are in place. We ensure that the role has been correctly defined in relation to the team's optimal activity and the company's overall objective.
