At SORTH & CO we always carry out detailed and multidimensional screening of the candidates as part of the final process for a position at our clients. Depending on the position's critical success criteria, we of course draw up individual screening. We always prepare a personality profile of the candidate and tether this to a series of other tests, analyses, cases and relevant references. The personality profile is created on the basis of one or several of the above-stated internationally recognised test products and is often combined with one or several competency tests, where we examine the candidate's logic and numerical or communicative skills. A final and detailed interview is carried out to assess anticipated work behaviour and to validate the overall profile.

Our candidate and personality assessment can also be utilised in our client's own internal recruitment processes as an independent third-party assessment or as part of an assessment of an existing manager, an employee's potential or career plan.
